Managing Your Member Property Portfolio

Have you recently taken over the management of an AAGD member property? Did you recently aquire a new property and need to add it to your member account? Are you opeing a lease-up and need to register the new property with AAGD? 

Below are the instructions you need to make the needed adjustments to your Member Property Portfolio

All Owner/Managment Company Members are required to include all properties, in the Greater Dallas market,  that are owned and managed by them in their AAGD Membership. As management companies change, properties are aquired, or new developed property opens, these changes need to be made to your AAGD Owner/Management Company Member Profile. 


New Management Company Of An Existing AAGD Property Member

  • If the property already is an AAGD member, they most likely have a profile.
    • Please do not sign up a this property on our "become a member page".
  • To change the owner/management company (parent company) of the property, email our team with the changes. 
  • Please include:
    • The old property name
    • The new property name (if applicable)
    • The property address
    • The new main point of contact
    • The new billing contact
    • The total unit count

         SUBMIT PROPERTY CHANGES     


Changed Owner Company Of An Existing AAGD Property Member

  • If the property already is an AAGD member, they most likely have a profile.
    • Please do not sign up a this property on our "become a member" page.
  • To change the owner/management company (parent company) of the property, email our team with the changes. 
  • Please include:
    • The old property name
    • The new property name (if applicable)
    • The property address
    • The new main point of contact
    • The new billing contact. 
    • The total unit count

         SUBMIT PROPERTY CHANGES     


New AAGD Property Member For Current O/M Member

  • This is only for lease ups, new builds, or a property that was not previously a member of AAGD (used the TAA lease).
  • The Owner/Management Company must already be an approved AAGD member before adding. 
  • The Owner/Management Company will be selected as the "parent company" for the new member. 
  • The property will pay for the a full year of member dues, and will renew every year on the first of the month they joined.

         ADD NEW PROPERTY
