DHA provides affordable housing for more than 53,500 people each day across seven counties through the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program and public rental housing communities.

LANDLORD PARTNERSHIP
DHA believes everyone deserves a place to call home, which provides a foundation for living up to their full potential. 5,400 landlord partners have joined DHA on this mission and are making a difference in thousands of families’ lives each day.
Eligible applicants are responsible for paying up to 40% of their monthly rent based on their income. Our voucher families pay approximately 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent and DHA pays the other portion directly to the landlord. DHA voucher clients are responsible for adhering to your lease requirements including maintaining their homes and also keep in good standing with voucher program requirements.
