The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas represents 1,000 Owner/Management Companies Members representing over 2,800 properties.
Property members are owned, operated, and/or developed by our Owner/Management Company Members in the Greater Dallas market; see the eleven counties we represent.
Properties can only receive member benefits through their Owner/Management Company that is an AAGD member in good standing. Each property pays the unit portion of the Owner/Management Company Annual Dues. These dues are sent directly to the property and are calculated based on the property size.
|Tier 1: Property 100 units or less||(# of units * $1.73) = Annual Dues|
|Tier 2: Property 101 units or more||(# of units * $1.43) + $75 = Annual Dues|
