PROPERTY BENEFITS

The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas represents 1,000 Owner/Management Companies Members representing over 3,500 properties.

Property members are owned, operated, and/or developed by our Owner/Management Company Members in the Greater Dallas market; see the eleven counties we represent. 

Properties are eligible to receive member benefits only through their Owner/Management Company, which must be an AAGD member in good standing. Each property contributes to membership by paying the unit-based portion of the Owner/Management Company’s annual dues. Renewal invoices are issued directly to the property 45 days before the anniversary month. Dues are calculated based on the total number of units at the property (see chart below).

AAGD members receive the following member benefits:

• The AAGD membership includes membership to the National Apartment Association & Texas Apartment Association 
• Industry tools that will benefit your operation, such as the TAA Click and Lease digital program and the TAA Redbook in electronic format (Additional TAA Bluemoon Click and Lease License required). The TAA Redbook is the case law that backs up every clause of the TAA Lease Contract and Forms. Be sure to visit our class and event pages to verify the status of what we have to offer.
