Mark your calendars and set your alarms. AAGD 2024 Sponsorship opportunities are opening soon for bid or purchase. Diamond Sponsorships are available for bid placement from Monday, 10/23 at 8 am until Thursday, 10/26 at 2 pm.

All other event sponsorships will be available for selection starting Friday, 10/27 at 9 am. These are first come, first reserved. Limited quantities are available so secure your sponsorships early.

How Does it Work?

Sponsoring an AAGD event is an effective way to raise your company's brand exposure and awareness to our AAGD members. All Diamond Sponsorships will be bid on through an auction system. To give the members a better experience we have moved all event sponsorships to be reserved through our website. 

TWO WAYS TO SECURE A SPONSORSHIP:

 1. Diamond Sponsorships are done through an online auction. The auction will begin on October 23, 2023 at 8 am and bidding will end Thursday, October 26th at 4 pm. Diamond Sponsors will be awarded to the highest bid submitted by 4pm.

*You must be logged in to https://sponsor.aagdallas.com/home to bid on the Diamond Sponsorships. One diamond sponsorship per company.

2. Event Sponsorships will be available starting at 10 am on Friday October 27, 2023. To view all event sponsorship opportunities click here.

*You must be logged into the website with your AAGD login to view all event sponsorship opportunities. This will look similar to event registration or purchasing a ticket. Make sure you select the person that is responsible for billing or sponsorships at your company to receive the confirmation. The select the sponsorships by checking the box to the left. Please only one event per company. Use the accordion to shrink or expand the menu for an easier user experience. Once you have selected all you want, click continue. You may repeat the process if you leave one off, just ignore that is will say "this person is already registered for the event". Once a sponsorship is sold out, a lock will appear and you can not purchase that sponsorship. Plan ahead by reading through all sponsorships and planning your budget in advance.

Go to https://sponsor.aagdallas.com/home and Cclick login on the top menu NOTE: this is not your AAGD member login. If you have never used this site, create a new login, otherwise type in your username and password. Can't remember your password? Click forgot password (check email for reset, check spam folder too) Once logged in, review sponsorships and make your plan for October 23-26.

Payment is due for the reserved sponsorship 30 days prior to the event date.
Unless noted, sponsorships do not include entry into the event. Please register once registration opens for each event.
Any sponsorship cancelations must be done 90 days prior to the event date. This allows us to secure a sponsor from the wait list and limits the possibilty of misprints in Rooflines, on signage on the website. Reach out to pkelley@aagdallas.com with any event cancelations. If you haven't sponsored an event in awhile, please make sure AAGD has an updated company logo.
