TRAINING ROOM RENTALS
AAGD rents out its training facilities to Members. If you are a Member and would like to request more information or a specific date to rent, please fill out the request form.
We have three training facilities that are available for your company training functions, morning coffee talks, or lunch meetings. For a small additional fee, we can include A/V equipment and/or coffee bar packages in your room rental.

Training Room 2
- AAGD's largest training room--comfortably holds a maximum of 70 people.
- Access to 3 TVs with A/V hookups and a wireless presentation remote.
- First 2 rows of tables provide charging blocks to power laptops and phones.
- Large counter space for catering and/or coffee bar.
- Direct access to shared kitchenette.
- Tables and chairs can be rearranged into several layouts to best suit your rental's needs: classroom style (as pictured), breakout style (square-shaped huddles), interview style (face-to-face), and more.
Training Room 1
- AAGD's second largest training room--comfortably holds a maximum of 45 people.
- Access to 2 TVs with A/V hookups and a wireless presentation remote.
- First 2 rows of tables provide charging blocks to power laptops and phones.
- Medium counter space for catering and/or coffee bar.
- Tables and chairs can be rearranged into several layouts to best suit your rental's needs: classroom style (as pictured), breakout style (square-shaped huddles), interview style (face-to-face), and more.
Executive Conference Room
- Comfortably holds a maximum of 12 people.
- Access to 1 TV with A/V hookups and a wireless presentation remote.
- Medium counter space for catering and/or coffee bar.
