  • Independent Rental Owners Academy price is $280 per year which includes all the Apartment Academy subscription benefits for the team members that are employed to operate your total portfolio of 100 units or less.

  • 100 to 199 Units    | $380 Annually
  • 200 to 599 Units    | $580 Annually
  • 600 Units or More | $780 Annually

Without exception, program discounts apply only to those who work on-site at the subscribed property.  The subscription is associated with individual properties and not the management company; therefore, should your property change management, the subscription will remain. 

For IRO subscribers: in the event that your company exceeds 100 units, you will no longer be eligible for the IRO pricing and will be required to re-subscribed on a property by property basis upon renewal.
