Registration Policy:
Without exception, program discounts apply only to those who work on-site at the subscribed property.  The subscription is associated with individual properties and not the management company; therefore, should your property change management, the subscription will remain. 

For IRO subscribers: in the event that your company exceeds 100 units, you will no longer be eligible for the IRO pricing and will be required to re-subscribed on a property by property basis upon renewal.

Apartment Academy Student Sponsorship - We also welcome our supplier partners to participate in the Student Sponsor membership for $1,500. With the Student Sponsor membership, you will receive promo codes to give to your VIP clients to attend free and discounted training seminars.
