2026 Dues Increase
The total per-door dues increase for 2026 is $0.16. This increase is comprised of a $0.09 pass-through resulting from the National Apartment Association (NAA) membership dues increase and a $0.07 increase to the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) portion of the dues.
In November and December 2025, respectively, the NAA Board of Directors and Assembly of Delegates approved an increase to NAA membership dues. This increase is incorporated into AAGD’s 2026 dues as a pass-through. Additionally, the AAGD Board of Directors approved a $0.07
The NAA membership dues increase, which is included in your 2026 AAGD Dues as a pass-through, along with the AAGD per-door dues increase for properties, is reflected in the graph below.
