Class Description: Back by popular demand, Cayce and April return to bring you another installment of Assistant Managers Club!
As an Assistant Manager, you impact your community’s financials every day. This class will further explore this impact by helping you to efficiently execute your daily tasks, understand how to “code” invoices, regularly review your financials and how to get creative when it comes to income and expenses on those tough months. You will even get insight on what your supervisors and owners see as your key performance indicators and how you can make the greatest impact on your community’s performance!
In this class you will learn:
- How to read and interpret financial statements
- The impact you have on financial performance
- How to improve your NOI
About the Instructor: Cayce Coon, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty, Director of Operations - Dallas/Ft. Worth, Madera Residential
Cayce is the recipient of several industry awards including the prestigious Lone Star Award in 2013 and 2018. Currently, she is involved with the Apartment Association of Tarrant County serving on several committees and is an AATC Lyceum graduate. She holds her CAM and CAPS Credentials and is an advocate for the continuing education/training of our industry professionals. Cayce specializes in repositioning distressed assets through successful team building, and an innovative sales and customer service approach proven to maintain resident satisfaction.
About the Instructor: April Royal, CAM, CAPS, Regional Vice President, Capstone Real Estate Services
April is the Regional Vice President for Capstone Real Estate Services and currently oversees 8000 units within her portfolio. Her portfolio ranges from new construction, value add, and student housing to senior housing. April is committed to the success of both her clients and employees. She feels that she only succeeds when they do. April holds both her CAM and CAPS designations.

A written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail. Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
