ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Eligible for 3 CEC

In the multifamily industry, understanding the numbers is essential—but being able to explain them clearly to your leasing and maintenance teams is what sets stellar property managers apart. This interactive class is designed to equip property managers with the tools and language to confidently break down financial reports and performance metrics for any job role on their team.  You'll learn how to interpret key financial statements (like the income statement and budget variance report), and—most importantly—how to translate that information in a way that’s meaningful to different roles.

This class will:

  • Discuss the core financial reports every property should understand
  • Teach you how to align financial goals with daily operations
  • Provide strategies to communicate financial performance to non-financial roles
  • Practical examples and role-play exercises to build confidence
