This comprehensive program is designed to explore the often-overlooked effects of stress on our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of psychological stress, including the difference between eustress (positive stress) and distress (negative stress), and how stress can manifest in chronic pain and other health issues.

During this program we will discuss:

  • Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS), a condition where stress is internalized and leads to chronic pain.
  • Strategies to live with stress but not in stress
  • A journaling technique to reframe distress into a useful feedback loop!
