About the Instructor: Nicolle Block, CAMT, CAPS
Nicolle has been in the multi-family industry for 20 years and is currently an Area Vice President for AMLI Residential in Dallas. She earned her Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Arlington. Nicolle is very passionate about her people and volunteering for the Apartment Association by facilitating classes for AATC, AAGD, TAA, and NAA. In 2017 she was awarded The Property Supervisor of the year locally and at The State level. Nicolle is the current President of AATC and she also sits on the Board of Directors, the Education Conference Committee, the Legislative Committee, and Chairs the Next Gen Task Force and committee for TAA.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail. Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
