Jon Sanchez, CAPS, CAM, CAMT, RPM, Resprop
Jon is a former finalist for the National Apartment Association Emerging Leader of the Year Award. His recognitions include the Texas Apartment Association Barbara McManus Property Manager of the Year Award, the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas Sapphire Property of the Year Award (1992–2004 category), and selection to the NAA 20 on the Rise Class of 2026.
Jon is deeply committed to advancing education within the multifamily industry and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the AAGD Education Committee. He frequently teaches for AAGD and has been invited to speak at conferences and association events at the local, state, and national levels. His workshops and sessions focus on leadership beyond titles, collections strategy, industry career development, operational communication, influence, culture building, accountability, and asset performance. He also serves on the NAA NextGen Committee, NAA Apartmentalize Work Group, and the NAAEI Curriculum Development Committee.
His leadership development training includes graduating from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum Program (2023), NAA Leadership Lyceum Program (2024), and the NAA Diversity Leadership Program (2025). A strong advocate for mentorship and professional growth, Jon continues to develop and support emerging leaders throughout the multifamily industry.
Jon holds multiple professional designations, including CAPS, CAM, and CAMT. As a speaker, his mission is to inspire, educate, and empower multifamily professionals to grow into leaders who influence with purpose, elevate their teams, protect asset performance, and build meaningful careers with confidence and intention.
