Program Registration & Cancellation Policies
Discounted Pricing & Invoicing:
To unlock Member/Apartment Academy pricing and to invoice your company/property, you must be logged into your individual Member Compass account (CLICK HERE to create your account).
Non-members will receive the non-member rate and are required to submit payment immediately by credit card.
Confirmation Emails, Invoices & Receipts:
Confirmation/Invoice/Receipt e-mails will be sent when registration is complete, but are not guaranteed to be received due to incorrect emails, security filters, etc. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please request one from education@aagdallas.com.
Photography & Media Release:
By registering for an education program, you grant AAGD permission to photograph, record, and use your image, likeness, voice, and comments in promotional, educational, and marketing materials without compensation or further authorization.
Code of Conduct:
AAGD is committed to providing a professional, welcoming, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff are expected to conduct themselves professionally and treat others with courtesy and respect. AAGD reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. Individuals removed from the program for violations of this policy will not be entitled to a refund.
Event Changes:
AAGD reserves the right to modify the program schedule, speakers, topic, format, or venue as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Assumption of Risk & Liability:
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the program. AAGD is not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during or in connection with the event.
Force Majeure:
If the program is canceled, postponed, or materially altered due to circumstances beyond AAGD's reasonable control—including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, public health emergencies, venue issues, or other unforeseen events—AAGD reserves the right to apply registration fees toward a rescheduled event or provide an alternative remedy at its sole discretion.
Acceptance of Policy:
By registering for an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Registration Policy and all conference guidelines.
All cancellations/modifications must be received, in writing, by the stated date and should not be considered approved until the attendee receives an approval e-mail from the Education Department.
- Standard Education Programs - 24-hour cancellation
- Credential and Certification Programs - 2-week cancellation
Attendee name changes will be accepted during check-in. You must know the name of the person who you are replacing.
ALL NO-SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
