CLASS DESCRIPTION

Hot water gone cold? Heat not working? Learn how to identify, understand, and troubleshoot two of the most important systems in multifamily maintenance. This program covers the basics of water heaters and electric heating systems in a practical, easy-to-understand format designed for maintenance professionals, supervisors, and property teams alike. From system components and operation to common service issues and troubleshooting techniques, attendees will gain the knowledge needed to respond faster, work smarter, and improve resident satisfaction.

A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Michael combines technical expertise with hands-on field knowledge to help teams improve system performance and stay compliant with industry standards.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
