Supriya Sriraman is the Founder and Managing Principal of Redbrix Property Group, a Dallas-based multifamily investment and property management company. Before entering the multifamily industry, she spent nearly two decades in engineering, engineering management, and leadership roles with Fortune 500 technology companies and high-tech networking startups, including Dell Networking, where she led global engineering and product development teams. She transitioned to multifamily real estate in 2016, bringing the same disciplined, systems-driven approach to property management and operations. She has more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning engineering, technology, multifamily operations, asset management, finance, and business management.
Supriya holds two Master's degrees from Texas A&M University—one in Computer Science and one in Civil Engineering—and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Osmania University, India. As both an engineer and a multifamily owner/operator, Supriya combines analytical problem-solving with extensive, practical, hands-on operational experience.
Supriya is a nationally recognized Independent Rental Owner (IRO), having received the National Apartment Association (NAA) Independent Rental Owner of the Year Award (2019), the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) Bob Ross Independent Rental Owner of the Year Award (2022), and the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) Independent Rental Owner of the Year Award (2021). She currently serves on the AAGD IRO and Education Committees and is a former AAGD IRO Chair.
A frequent AAGD instructor and industry speaker, Supriya has taught a variety of educational programs for multifamily professionals at all levels, including Ace Your City Inspections, Application Fraud – How to Detect and Prevent, Resident Relations, and other classes covering leasing, inspections, resident screening, and operational best practices. She has also taught application processing and resident screening classes through NTN (National Tenant Network) and has mentored aspiring multifamily investors and independent rental owners. Her credentials through the National Apartment Association (NAA) include the Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations.
Under Supriya's leadership, The Brix Apartments was named the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) Property of the Year in 2020, Redbrix Property Group has been recognized as an AAGD Sapphire Awards finalist for Owner/Management Company of the Year on multiple occasions, and her communities have consistently earned 100% City of Dallas inspection scores. Those 100% City of Dallas inspection scores have been consistently achieved across multiple inspections over several years, reflecting a sustained commitment to operational excellence rather than a one-time accomplishment.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.
