Relying on assumptions or internet searches can land you in a heap of trouble! That is why is important to stay up to date about the proper procedures and best practices when dealing with resident bankruptcies. Join Attorney Kimberly Sims as she helps you to navigate dealing with resident bankruptcies.

- To better understand the bankruptcy process and automatic stay.
- How a bankruptcy affects your pending eviction and collection efforts.
- What notices from the bankruptcy court mean.
- The repercussions of violating the bankruptcy automatic stay and the procedure for lifting the stay.
Kimberly Sims has represented property owners, property management, and landlords for her entire 20-year legal career.
