With over 28 years of experience in real estate and construction, Ms. Gray is a results-driven strategic leader who brings in-depth expertise across every facet of general contracting. Honored in 2025 as 'Leader of Year' by Bisnow's Women Leading AEC, and in 2026 as 'Leader of the year' by Bisnow's Women Leading Real Estate, and honored by the Dallas Business Journal in 2026 for Women In Business Awards, Ms. Gray is recognized for her leadership and contributions within the construction industry and the North Texas community.

Beyond the workplace, Ms. Gray is a passionate advocate for servant leadership and workforce development. She actively mentors emerging professionals and youth in college and career readiness, helping them explore educational pathways, career opportunities, and long-term professional goals. She is the co-founder of Hearts of Grace, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting extraordinary causes through fundraising, volunteerism, mentorship, and missionary outreach.
