Carla is an experienced executive leader in Start-up, Fortune 500 and Non-profit organziations with a proven track record of developing and energizing high-level teams to achieve great results. She held leadership roles at Silvercar, Zipcar, and Starbucks where she strategically built the business from early stages to a thriving business. Carla has also served in leadership roles on non-profit boards where she found a passion to make a difference within her local communities.
Carla works on expansion strategies and plans as Housing Connector expands across the United States. She also partners with the Housing Connector Property team to build out business strategies to best support our Property Partners in current and future markets.
Carla was born in the Pacific Northwest and lived in Seattle for 15 years until 2020 when she and her husband moved back to her hometown of Tacoma. She has two grown children and celebrates sharing a birthday with her granddaughter. She enjoys traveling, going to movies, spending time with family, volunteering in and exploring the Pudget Sound.
