Class Description:
Every year we plan on making resolutions, making changes that will make us better in the year to come.  But when it comes down to it, we lose focus, find excuses and see another year fly by, leaving us in the dust.  This is not another run-of-the-mill SMART Goals program focused on your professional endeavors.   Join Travis as he helps you to take control of 2024 by exploring your past, present, and purpose so that YOU can define where you are headed in life.  

In this class you will learn:

• The impact of your journey as you set your path
• The importance of purpose and how to define it in your life
• How to set yourself up for success

About the Instructor:
Travis Allen, CALP, CAM, Director of Education & Training, AAGD

Travis Allen began his multifamily career in 2011 as a temp-to-hire leasing professional and has worked his way up the ranks throughout his career.  Prior to the multifamily industry, Travis held a variety of leadership and training positions that helped to develop his leadership and facilitation skills.  In his current role as Director of Education for the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, Travis seeks to inspire industry professionals by empowering them to take charge of their career and development journey.  Travis holds his CALP and CAM designations.

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
