ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Eligible for 5 CECs
Leadership today brings incredible opportunity—but also real pressure. Many leaders find themselves running on empty as they balance the needs of their teams, their organizations, and themselves. This interactive full-day session (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., lunch included) is designed to help leaders recharge, refocus, and lead with intention rather than exhaustion.
Through real-world scenarios, group discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants will gain practical strategies they can apply immediately. Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just stepping into a leadership role, this class will help you protect your energy, strengthen your leadership skills, and consistently show up as your best self.
Participants will learn how to:
- Recognize the signs of burnout in themselves and others
- Build healthier habits that increase energy and focus
- Lead with clarity and confidence—not fatigue
- Create a culture where teams thrive, not just survive
This is not a lecture-style session. It’s an engaging, collaborative experience designed to equip you with tools that make a real difference in your leadership and your organization.
