About the Instructor: 
Eric Franco, Training Director, W3 Luxury Living

A Dallas native, Eric began his Multifamily career in 2004 as a Leasing Consultant for Gables Residential, moving upward to Assistant, then Property Manager.  In 2014, Eric began working with Yardi as a trainer, where he discovered his passion for training and development.  This passion led to a variety of training positions with both supplier and owner/operator companies.  Today, Eric serves as a the Director of Training for W3 Residential and is an active volunteer with AAGD on the Education and Career Development Committee.

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION. By registering for this program, you agree that you have read and understood the cancellation policy.
