This session explores how intentional company culture and workplace environment directly impact employee retention, engagement, and performance. Designed for both owner/managers and supplier partners, this class provides actionable strategies to create environments where teams feel valued, supported, and motivated to stay.

By the end of this session, participants will:

Bradley Roschyk, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty, Training Director, Berkshire Residential Investments
Bradley is a Senior Training Director with Berkshire Residential Investments in Dallas, Texas.  Bradley is a respected multifamily housing professional known for his leadership, mentorship, and dedication to operational excellence.  With 25+ years of experience in property management and team development, Bradley has built a reputation for driving results while fostering strong relationships across the industry.  He is recognized for his strategic mindset, commitment to people, and passion for helping others grow both professionally and personally. Bradley serves as a board member at AAGD and on numerous committees with TAA and NAA.

Joey Vielma, CAPS, Director of Team Development & Leadership, Precision Appliance Leasing
Joey Vielma is the Director of Team Development & Leadership at Precision Appliance Leasing, where he leads initiatives in leadership development, employee engagement, training, operational efficiency, and company culture. After nearly 20 years on the owner-manager side of the multifamily industry, he transitioned to the supplier-partner side in 2024, bringing a distinctive perspective on building strong teams and fostering positive workplace environments.

Joey is actively involved in AAGD, FWAA, and NAA leadership programs and committees. He graduated from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum in 2022, completed NAA’s Diversity Leadership Program in 2023, and graduated from NAA Leadership Lyceum in 2024. His team’s Diversity Leadership Program Capstone Project was selected for presentation to the NAA Board at Apartmentalize 2024.

Joey currently serves on the AAGD and FWAA Education Committees, as well as the NAA NextGen and NAA Voices Committees. He is also passionate about mentorship and has served as a mentor for the 20 in Their Twenties program in 2024 and for NAA’s Diversity Leadership Program in 2025 and 2026.

Throughout his career, Joey has earned numerous industry honors, including the AAGD Sapphire Award and the FWAA Lone Star Award. He is known for his servant leadership, dedication to people, and commitment to building strong company cultures rooted in growth, collaboration, and service.
