Class Description:
One property, one team, right?  It does not always feel that way.  Too often we get caught up in this Office and Maintenance / Us and Them mentality.  In order to achieve the goals of your asset and company, everyone must learn to cooperate and work as one well oiled machine.  But first, you have to break down that wall that keeps the office and maintenance divided and create a true synergy that will enhance your team’s performance.

In this Class You Will Learn:

• How to get on the same page
• How to understand each team member’s contribution
• How to battle the stereotypes that cause divide
• The financial impact of each position on site

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
