Being a successful Assistant Manager can be stressful and overwhelming because, let's face it, collecting rent is not always easy. But, what if ou could collect more delinquencies with less stress? Any takers? Participating in this enlightening program will give you the skills necessary to communicate effectively with your residents and learn how to collect delinquency like a boss in 2023. This class will help to reduce your collections stress and make YOU a happier Assistant Manager!

She brings a tremendous energy to her sessions and packs them with relevant activities that lead to a better attendance ROI. She brings years of onsite experience and weaves it into her corporate training background to help take others to great heights. She is an award-winning training professional and desires to give back to the multifamily community. You must be logged into your individual account to unlock Member or Apartment Academy rates and the invoice payment option. Non-members will receive the non-member rate and be required to submit immediate payment with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.
Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
