CAPS: Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor

Class Description:
As a multifamily professional, you wear a variety of hats from day one.  As a multi-site manager those hats double and you must have the skills and experience to manage millions of dollars of real estate assets.

The Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor course is an in-depth review of property management principles and techniques that will help you to better understand:

• Client Services & Stakeholder Relationships
• Investment Management
• Asset Evaluation & Improving Performance
• Talent Management

4 Day Program
CAPS Credential Dates (all days 9:30am - 5:00pm)

• Thurs, Sept 26th
• Thurs, Oct 3rd
• Thurs, Oct 10th 

Requirements:
To obtain the CAPS credential, candidates must complete the following:

• Minimum of 24 months employment as a multi-site supervisor or be either a CAM, ARM or RAM credential holder in good standing.
• Successful completion of all CAPS course work 
• Successfully pass the CAPS examination within 6 months of declaring candidacy (ABOUT THE ONLINE EXAMS)  

Course Materials:
Course materials will be delivered electronically prior to the 1st day of class.  Once the eBook is received, there will be an opportunity for candidates to purchase a physical copy if preferred. 

About The Instructor: 
Antoinette Williams, CAM, CAPS, VP of Operations, LUMA Residential 

Antoinette Williams' multifamily career began over 14 years ago as a leasing professional.  With grit and tenacity, Antoinette has moved up within the industry and is now as the Vice President of Operations for LUMA Residential.  Mrs. William's dedication to the advancement of the Multifamily Industry is evidenced in her volunteer leadership with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, where she serves on the Education & Career Development Committee and is an active Board Member.  A CAM & CAPS designee and NAAEI Advanced Facilitator, Antoinette strives to educate, motivate and inspire the next generation of leaders within the industry.  

Payment Policy: 
Payment is due no later than September 12, 2024.  Payment must be received and posted by this date, otherwise your registration will be canceled without exception.

You must be logged into your individual account to unlock Member or Apartment Academy rates and the invoice payment option. Non-members will receive the non-member rate and be required to submit immediate payment with a credit card.

Confirmation e-mails will be sent when registration is completed, but are not guaranteed to be sent due to incorrect emails, security filters, etc.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that any photos or videos taken of you at the event can be used by AAGD in future publications, flyers, promos, web/social media postings, videos and other media concerning the event, without compensation to you.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations must be received in writing and approved by the AAGD Education Department NO LATER THAN September 12, 2024. 

Student substitutions must be submitted and approved NO LATER THAN September 12, 2024.

Important: keep your cancellation approval e-mail for your records. If a cancellation is not received by the deadline but before the start of the program, you are responsible for a one-time, non-refundable $150 fee for restocking.

No shows will be billed without exception.  You are NOT able to transfer your registration to the next program.
