Bailey is the Co-Founder of Pawzitive Vibez, a Dallas-area pet care company focused on thoughtful, relationship-driven service for pets and the people who care for them. Since entering professional grooming in 2019, she has built hands-on experience in individualized pet care, client communication, and creating a calm, high-quality service experience.
Alongside Scott, Bailey has helped grow Pawzitive Vibez beyond mobile grooming into pet sitting, resident pet services, and an expanding range of community-focused offerings for multifamily properties, including dog park and pet-waste care, pet station servicing, and resident pet programming. Her focus is on making every interaction feel personal, consistent, and genuinely cared for while helping Pawzitive Vibez build lasting relationships with clients and communities.
Bailey is also Co-Founder of PV Home, the company’s home and lifestyle brand centered on thoughtful design, atmosphere, and the connection between pets, people, and the spaces they share.
