Variance reporting is a critical financial management tool that helps monitor and analyze differences between budgeted or expected values and actual performance. It involves not only understanding the basics of variances but also developing the analytical skills to identify and address root causes. By thinking like an owner and focusing on key financial metrics, you can harness the power of variance reporting to make informed decisions and achieve budget.  This training is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage and utilize variance reporting for decision-making and financial control. Whether you are a property manager, maintenance supervisor, or business leader, you will be empowered to confidently navigate the complex world of variances and contribute to the success of your property/organization.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class.
