CLASS DESCRIPTION

This class uses our favorite leadership and workplace case studies from Ted Lasso to explore service excellence, teamwork, and relationship management. Through role-play and group activities, participants will examine how empathy, trust, accountability, and communication shape team performance and customer experiences. They will then learn how to apply those insights to practical workplace behaviors they can use every day with prospective clients, residents, and fellow team members. Take your service to the next level and BE A DIAMOND!

Bradley Roschyk, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty, Training Director, Berkshire Residential Investments
Bradley is currently a Training Director with Berkshire Communities in Dallas, Texas.  With a passion for training and education, he has held numerous training positions throughout his career.  At the age of 18, Bradley began his career as a Training Lead at Six Flags.  He continued his education and training efforts at numerous other companies until he started in the Multi-family industry 19 years ago, beginning with leasing and working his way through management, until he reached his current position as training director.  Bradley holds designations from NAAEI for CAM and CAPS and is currently a faculty member of NAAEI.  He is a very involved person and has served as a member of the Education Committee for the past eleven years at AAGD where he has instructed numerous education, personal development, and NAAEI Certification courses for the Association.

Kendra Washington, CAM, Property Manager, Berkshire Residential Investments
Kendra is a Property Manager with Berkshire Residential Investments in Garland, Texas, known for her people-first leadership style and strong operational expertise. With more than 12 years in the multifamily industry, she has advanced from leasing professional to property manager through her dedication, adaptability, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

An active leader within the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD), Kendra serves on the Education Committee and is a graduate of the prestigious Leadership Lyceum program. She has also been recognized as a two-time AAGD Sapphire Award finalist. Passionate about talent development and team culture, Kendra is committed to cultivating high-performing teams while enhancing the resident experience and driving operational success.
