Class Description:
Leadership is not limited to a title or position; it's a set of skills, traits, and actions that anyone can cultivate and employ to influence, inspire, and guide others.  This program is designed for anyone who wants to develop their leadership potential, regardless of their current roles or designations.  Join Geoffery and Jon as they explore the key principles and practices that enable effective leadership, empowering you to make a meaningful impact within your spheres of influence.

About the Instructor: 

Geoffrey Gonzales, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty, Regional Manager, Olympus Property
Geoffrey is a Regional Manager with Olympus Property overseeing several communities in the North Dallas area. Since joining the industry in 2014, he has held key onsite positions from Leasing Consultant to Business Manager and currently supports his team as Regional Manager all within Olympus Property. Prior to joining the multifamily industry, Geoffrey, held multiple leadership roles in other industries, and has a true passion for training and coaching others. Geoffrey holds his CAM credentials from NAAEI and multiple awards including AAGD’s Sapphire Awards 2018 Rookie Manager of the Year and Olympus Property’s 2019 Business Manager of the Year. Geoffrey currently serves on AAGD’s Education and NextGen Committees where his number one focus is helping train, educate and develop others to reach their goals.

Jonathan Sanchez, CAM, CAMT, Property Manager, Luma Residential
Jon currently serves as a property manager with Luma Residential where he leads a team of 7 employees.  Committed to the excellence of his employees and colleagues, Jon acts as a peer-to-peer trainer and works closely with other individuals in his organization in need of training and/or guidance.  Jon's dedication to the advancement of our industry led him become active in the AAGD Education Committee where he contributes to the planning and execution of AAGD's education initiatives.  His biggest passion is teaching, training, and public speaking.  In 2023 Jon graduated from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum Program and he takes pride in volunteer leadership opportunities within the industry and hopes to help others to reach their greatest potential.  Jon holds his NAAEI CAM and CAMT designations as well as a Texas Real Estate License.

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
