Lani Gardner began her multifamily career in 1986 with Chasewood Properties. Throughout her career, Lani has excelled in a variety of roles as both a supplier and owner/operator, including being the Regional VP with Dayrise Residential. As a member of the National Apartment Association Faculty, Lani's love for the multifamily industry leads her to share her skills and experience by facilitating industry programs, including NAAEI Credential Programs. A vital part of AAGD, AATC, TAA & NAA, Lani Gardner is a renown and beloved asset who has proven her dedication by receiving a multitude of professional designations including CAM, CAPS, CAS, ARM, and HCCP.
Tracy Cherry, Executive Director of Marketing, Summit Property Management
Tracy Cherry serves as Executive Director of Marketing at Summit Property Management, overseeing enterprise-level marketing strategy across a diverse multifamily portfolio. She drives brand positioning, digital innovation, and performance-focused initiatives that support leasing velocity and long-term asset value.
With extensive experience in property management and marketing, Tracy brings a performance-driven, insight-led approach to strategy, budgeting, digital marketing, and resident retention. A recognized industry leader, she is a frequent speaker and educator through the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Texas Apartment Association and is committed to advancing innovation and excellence in multifamily marketing.
