Jennifer Owen | Attorney, Higier Allen & Lautin
Jennifer is a graduate of Washington University School of Law, has been practicing law since 1986 and has been active in The Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the Legal Services Program. Ms. Owen is a frequent speaker at legal seminars and is an author of the Briefcase column in Rooflines. Ms. Owen concentrates her practice in landlord/tenant law. She has represented property owners and managers in eviction suits, security deposit claims, fair housing matters, property damage, personal injury and deceptive trade claims, construction warranty claims and employment matters.
Rommel Anacan | President, The Relationship Difference

Stephanie Oehler | Founder, Savvy Leasing
Stephanie Oehler is the founder of Savvy Leasing and a nationally recognized multifamily speaker and trainer with more than 25 years of experience across leasing, operations, marketing, and prop tech. She partners with owners and operators to improve leasing performance by focusing on what actually drives results — how teams communicate, follow up, and guide prospects through the decision process. Known for her high-energy, practical style, Stephanie delivers sessions that go beyond theory and into real-world application, equipping teams with tools they can use immediately to increase conversion, improve consistency, and drive measurable results. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, including Apartmentalize, and serves as a guest lecturer for Ball State University’s Property Management program.

With degrees in Finance and English, plus CPM, CPA, PHR, executive coaching, and Artificial Intelligence credentials, Steve brings a broad, practical perspective to solving business challenges. Bradley is a Senior Training Director with Berkshire Residential Investments in Dallas, Texas. Bradley is a respected multifamily housing professional known for his leadership, mentorship, and dedication to operational excellence. With 25+ years of experience in property management and team development, Bradley has built a reputation for driving results while fostering strong relationships across the industry. He is recognized for his strategic mindset, commitment to people, and passion for helping others grow both professionally and personally. Bradley serves as a board member at AAGD and on numerous committees with TAA and NAA.
Crissy Tosch | Senior VP, Berkshire Residential Investments
Crissy Tosch serves as the Senior Vice President of the West Division for Property Management at Berkshire. In her position, Crissy leads operations across a diverse portfolio of communities, responsible for driving financial performance, optimizing expenses, executing capital strategies, and delivering exceptional resident experiences across the region. With nearly 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Crissy has a proven track record of enhancing asset value, leading high-performing teams, and navigating complex operational challenges. Crissy partners closely with cross-functional leaders to advance strategic initiatives and drive long-term portfolio performance. Crissy received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado.
David Smith | Senior VP, American Landmark
David is Senior Vice President at American Landmark, where he oversees property management operations for the Texas and Tennessee markets. He brings over 20 years of experience across ground-up development, re-development, and stabilized assets, with deep expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and renovation projects. A results-driven leader, he has a proven track record of delivering superior asset value and operational excellence. Previously, David served as Vice President of Property Management at Lantower Residential, overseeing a diverse portfolio of new developments and value-add communities while driving operational efficiency, team building, and asset performance. He has also held leadership positions at Wood Residential, Cortland, Gables, and Riverstone Residential. David holds a B.S. in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas and an MBA with a minor in Corporate Leadership from Texas A&M–Commerce.
Geoffrey Gonzales | VP of Operations, Olympus Property
Geoffrey Gonzales currently serves as a VP of Operations for Olympus Property. Since joining the industry in 2014, he has held key onsite positions from Leasing Consultant to Business Manager, Regional manager and currently supports his team as VP of Operations. Prior to joining the multifamily industry, Geoffrey held multiple leadership roles in other industries and has a true passion for training and coaching others. Geoffrey holds his CAM credentials from NAAEI and multiple awards including AAGD’s Sapphire Awards 2018 Rookie Manager of the Year and Olympus Property’s 2019 Business Manager of the Year. Geoffrey currently serves on AAGD’s Education and NextGen Committees where his number one focus is helping train, educate and develop others to reach their goals.
Ian Mattingly | President, LUMA Residential
Ian Mattingly is the president/CEO of LUMA Residential, a private multifamily investment and property management firm based in Dallas. He also serves on the board for Bob.ai, an AI-enabled ERP for assisted renters and the housing providers and non-profits who serve them. Ian is a partner/advisor with Alloy Investments, an early-stage prop-tech focused VC firm, and is frequently tapped to advise early and seed-stage prop-tech startups. He was named one of 2021’s Best Bosses by Globe Street, a national real estate publication. Ian frequently speaks and writes about technology and leadership in the real estate industry across the country.
Jeremy Thomason | Managing Principal, Convolo Capital
Jeremy J. Thomason is a dynamic and versatile executive with over two decades of experience spanning asset management, financial services, proptech, and multifamily real estate. Currently the Managing Principal at Convolo Capital, Jeremy leads acquisitions, asset performance, and investor relations for a private equity firm focused on multifamily investments across Texas and Georgia. His ability to navigate complex deals and cultivate capital relationships has earned him a strong reputation in the industry. Jeremy is the VP of Partnerships for Savoy Equity Partners. In this role he leads the Asset Management function and the Investor Relations function as well as coordinating key partnerships for the firm.

REGISTRATION POLICY
REGISTRATION POLICY: Group registration is available for a bundle of 10 attendees until January 8, 2027. Add on a table for lunch for only $200. The group registration will be considered as one invoice that will be addressed to ONLY one Property or Management Company. No invoice breakdowns or multiple billing will be allowed. An automated confirmation will be sent to the registration main contact. Please keep the confirmation for your records.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Without exception, group registration cancellations are due by December 15, 2026; individual registration cancellations are due January 13, 2027. Attendee name changes will be accepted during check-in. Please provide the attendee name who you will be replacing. All no-shows will be billed without exception. All cancellations/modifications must be received in writing by the allowed stated date and should not be considered as approved until the attendee receives an approval e-mail from the Education Department.
