I am an operations executive with over 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry, specializing in scaling service platforms that improve property performance, enhance resident experience, and drive incremental NOI.
As Chief Operating Officer of Green Door, I lead the operational strategy and execution of a rapidly growing valet trash and ancillary services platform serving apartment communities nationwide. My focus is on building scalable infrastructure, optimizing field execution, and delivering consistent, measurable value to ownership groups and property managers.
Prior to Green Door, I was the CEO of CXC Talent Solutions and COO of BG Staffing, both companies are staffing and recruiting firms focused on multifamily, facilities, and skilled trades. Through that work, I developed a deep understanding of the operational challenges property managers face—from staffing shortages to vendor accountability to resident satisfaction—and built solutions that directly impact on-site performance.
I am also the founder and CEO of ApartmentCareers, the largest career portal for the apartment industry, where I have been passionately delivering the message that the apartment industry offers a career path for individuals with many different skill sets and educational backgrounds. ApartmentCareers has been the technology and industry innovation leader in connecting job seekers with the top companies in the apartment and rental housing industry for over 15 years. I have also been recognized with multiple honors and awards for my contributions and achievements in the industry, including the NSC Achievement Award from the National Apartment Association, the Olin Steele Award from the Texas Apartment Association, and the President's Award from the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
