Elizabeth Francisco spent more than 30 years inside multifamily, not observing it, living it.
From leasing temp to Chief Operating Officer, she ran assets in up markets and down markets, diagnosed underperforming portfolios, and built teams that consistently outperformed. That progression produced not just tenure, but pattern recognition.
She later launched ResMan from scratch into a nationally adopted property management platform, not because of technology alone, but because she understood operators at a level most software companies never do.

Today, Elizabeth is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Francisco Advisors, a multifamily operations and performance advisory firm based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The firm works with management companies and ownership groups at critical inflection points where performance is under pressure, growth is outpacing infrastructure, or leadership teams need experienced judgment to identify what is actually driving results.
