Why you should attend

Evictions are a routine part of multifamily operations—but getting the process wrong can lead to costly delays, legal exposure, and dismissed cases. This practical webinar will give you a clearer understanding of the Texas eviction process and help your onsite team navigate each step with greater confidence.

You will learn

  • The eviction process from start to finish — Understand what happens from the initial delinquency through possession of the property.
  • Key notices and timelines — Know what needs to be done, when it needs to happen, and why timing matters.
  • Documentation and filing requirements — Learn what property teams need to document and what to expect when filing an eviction.
  • What happens in court — Get a better understanding of court proceedings, appeals, and writs of possession.
  • Common mistakes to avoid — Identify issues that can delay an eviction, create unnecessary legal exposure, or result in a dismissed case.
  • What onsite teams need to know — Walk away with practical guidance for moving from delinquency to possession while avoiding preventable missteps.
  • What’s changed—and what hasn’t — Get up to speed on the current Texas eviction process and the areas where teams need to be especially careful.
