Class Description:
When you think about your property’s performance, you may automatically think about your NOI.  But, to investors and owners, performance includes several factors in addition to financial performance.  To better operate your property, you need to understand the big picture and be able to truly grade your performance.  Join Wendy Rae Williams as she guides you through transforming your steady operation into operational excellence.

About the Instructor:

Wendy Rae Walker, CALP, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty
Wendy Rae has dedicated over 35 years to the multifamily industry. She began her career on the ground floor as a leasing agent and has worked her way through the ranks.  In insert year she co-founded TAM Residential, a third-party management company who believes in “Creating Moments that Matter”.  Wendy is a dynamic speaker and published author with a passion for helping professionals achieve success.  After a well deserved retirement, Wendy is able to focus her talents as a speaker and consultant, contributing to the advancement of multifamily through training and development.

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
