Class Description: As of February 2021, there was a total of 10,224 open positions in the multifamily industry, making up 34.8% of the real estate sector.  The market is more competitive than ever, creating an urgency to make the right decision when hiring.  But what should you be looking for in a candidate and how do have a successful interview in this virtual world?  Learn how to vet your candidates and get the most from your interview process.  Remember, your employees are your internal customers and the key to your success.

About the Instructor: Rachel has over 12 years of experience in the Multifamily industry. She had the privilege of working on-site in some of the largest multifamily markets such as Houston, Nashville and Dallas.  Currently, Rachel is active in both the AAGD and AATC. She is the current co-chair of NextGen and sits on several committees within both associations. Her current role as the Dallas/Ft. Worth Branch Manager for the Liberty Group gives her hands on insight into the world of recruiting, staffing and executive search and her passion for staffing will leave you feeling confident about your next hire.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for any Education Program must be received in writing and approved by the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to the event unless otherwise stated. Important; keep your cancellation approval e-mail for your records.  If cancellation is not received at least 24 hours prior to the class you will be billed without exception as a no show.
