Professional Bio

With more than 30 years in the multifamily industry, Kin Oldham leads the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) as executive director. As the leader of AAGD for over 11 years, he brings extensive expertise in trade association management, operations, real estate transactions, budgeting and property management.

Before being named Executive Director, Oldham served in a volunteer capacity as a board member for AAGD before assuming various leadership roles with the organization. Earlier in his career, Oldham held leadership roles at several prominent real estate firms including Trammell Crow and Greystar.

His leadership and advocacy have been instrumental in supporting the rights and interests of multifamily property owners and operators, including efforts to defeating costly and harmful legislative measures at the state and local levels.

Oldham is widely regarded for a career that is defined by his commitment to amplifying the voice of multifamily industry both locally and nationally. Recently, Oldham received the 2025 NAA Lifetime Achievement Award in the association staff category, a recognition of his enduring impact on the industry.

Oldham is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and lives in Dallas, Texas.
