The past 34 years I have been involved in various areas of management operations within the multifamily industry. My roles have exposed me to on-site and corporate level positions giving me a well rounded approach to management. I have had the opportunity to oversee the following types of assets: conventional, affordable, new construction, and value add programs. I enjoy working with both owner managed and fee managed assets and my experience reflects success at building long term client relationships.
