Socially Distancing Doesn't have to mean emotionally distancing too!
with IGNITER Jackie Ramstedt
Every year new challenges and changes take their toll on our energy level, both mentally and physically, and as with this past year of pandemic restrictions and uncharted territory of stress limits, has literally changed our entire lives and even questioned our core love for our jobs. It is almost unfortunate that the words “social distancing” have become such a popular phrase for what really is “physical distancing,” as the pandemic crisis continues to unfold. What we need is a major rekindling of that passionate spirit to produce stronger bonds at work to build more connections, conversations, and collaborations within our teams. Let us put the JOY (joyous, optimistic, you!) back in ourselves, our teams, and our jobs again!
