Jon currently serves as a property manager with Luma Residential. Dedicated to excellence, he acts as a peer-to-peer trainer and collaborates closely with colleagues needing guidance. Jon’s commitment to advancing the industry is evident through his active participation in the AAGD Education Committee, where he helps plan and execute educational initiatives. He also leads efforts in welcoming new members as part of the AAGD Membership Committee. Passionate about teaching & training, Jon graduated from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum Program in 2023 and the NAA Leadership Lyceum Program in 2024 through the Emerging Leaders Fellowship. He is a member of the inaugural TAAEF Lead The Next class of 2024, dedicated to helping new individuals in the multifamily industry reach their full potential.
