The Bingo Drawing
This contest is solely for AAGD Trade Show attendees and is sponsored by 50 Trade Show exhibitors.
Exhibitors: AAGD Bingo Card sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These cards will be handed out to all attendees as they get their badge at the event registration booth, and attendees must visit all sponsor booths in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Sponsorships are available for $400.
Attendees: You will receive a bingo card at the event registration booth with each Grand Prize Sponsor listed. You must visit all 50 sponsor booths and receive a stamp at each booth in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Once you have visited all 50 sponsors and each square on your bingo card has been stamped, you will turn in your card to the AAGD table in the center of the show room. There are three drawings for cash prizes and you must be present to win. Participants are eligible for one of three Grand Prize drawings.
Following is the Grand Prize drawing schedule and the dollar amount each winner will receive if their name is drawn from the tumbler:
- Grand Prize Drawing #1| 5:45 PM | $750
- Grand Prize Drawing #2| 6:15 PM | $1,250
- Grand Prize Drawing #3| 6:45 PM | $2,000
Please note: Due to the popularity of this contest, participating sponsors should consider hiring or designating one individual in each participating booth as the official "stamper."
