With a proud eight-year service in the US Marine Corps and leadership positions in security and multifamily industries, Jason consistently achieves exceptional performance results. Since joining Matrix in 2015, he has ascended to oversee all critical departments within our Texas divisions. Demonstrating a collaborative approach and a breadth of experience in project and business unit management, he has exceeded goals in areas such as organic sales, revenue, and profit while effectively reducing operating costs.
