Currently I am enjoying the challenge of business to business sales in a commercial environment. Prior I have over 16 years home improvement retail experience with 8 of those years within a management/leadership role. I am known by my peers and leadership team as a strategic planner and problem solver with strong development attributes. I am rounded as an effective negotiator who can relate well to a wide variety of diverse cultures, and age groups. Knowing that communication is key to any type of personal or professional success I value myself as an articulate communicator and effective trainer skilled in achieving employee buy-in on organizational goals.
