Assistant Manager's Club 1.1: Where Do We Fit? - Live Webinar
Instructed by: Cayce Coon, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty and April Royal, CAM, CAPS
NAAEI CECs: 2
Recommended for: Assistant Managers and Trainees
Class Description: Wouldn’t it be great if the assistant manager position came with a universal list of clearly defined responsibilities? Or how about an interchangeable nametag (Assistant Manager OR Manager) worn so that residents, peers, and prospects could all know if your word is the final authority? As with most positions within the property management world there are many hats to be worn and the assistant manager probably wears the most.
In this class you will learn:
- The importance of time management and organization
- Best practices regarding collections and the applicable TAA Forms
- Conflict resolution strategies
- The tools needed to transition into a full-time leader
