Pam Pederson launched her professional journey by serving in the U.S. Navy in 1984, where she developed a strong foundation of discipline, teamwork, and leadership. In 1986, Pam entered the multifamily housing industry, beginning her career at the Indianapolis HUD office. This early experience ignited her passion for Fair Housing and set the stage for her future in the industry.

For 23 years, Pam thrived at the Gene B. Glick Company in Indianapolis, where she discovered her true passion for multifamily housing. Her time at Glick solidified her expertise in property management, employee engagement, and fostering inclusive communities. Today, Pam is the proud Chief Narrative Architect of Enthusiastically Consulting, a brand centered on empowering businesses and individuals through storytelling-driven training.

Pam's passion lies in combining creativity, humor, and positivity to engage and inspire. As a national trainer and speaker, she specializes in soft skills, digital strategy, and AI-enhanced productivity, particularly in the multifamily industry. Her innovative approach to training is rooted in storytelling, helping learners connect with content on a deeper level. When Pam isn't crafting empowering narratives or training teams, you can find her exploring Florida with her husband, Erik, as part of their JustVisiting Adventures, sharing their love for travel, wildlife, and the beauty of beach life.

Cancellation Policy: 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
