Class Description:
As an Assistant Property Manager, you play a key role in the success of your community, but that role is not always clearly defined beyond collections. This is a leadership position and should be treated as such, but first you need to understand the impact of your role on property success and the influence that you have on your team. This class help you to define your position as a leader within your team and learn how to navigate situations and relationships in a professional and effective manner.

- How to approach and resolve difficult situations within your team and with residents
About the Instructor:
Geoffrey is a Regional Manager with Olympus Property overseeing several communities in the North Dallas area. Since joining the industry in 2014, he has held key onsite positions from Leasing Consultant to Business Manager and currently supports his team as Regional Manager all within Olympus Property. Prior to joining the multifamily industry, Geoffrey, held multiple leadership roles in other industries, and has a true passion for training and coaching others. Geoffrey holds his CAM credentials from NAAEI and multiple awards including AAGD’s Sapphire Awards 2018 Rookie Manager of the Year and Olympus Property’s 2019 Business Manager of the Year. Geoffrey currently serves on AAGD’s Education and NextGen Committees where his number one focus is helping train, educate and develop others to reach their goals.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AAGD Education Department at least 24 hours prior to class. Written confirmation from the Education Department will be sent via e-mail.
Substitutions are allowed, but ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
