Roberto “Bobby” Rodriguez is a Shareholder at Higier Allen & Lautin, P.C., based in Dallas, Texas. Since receiving his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and joining the bar in 2013, Bobby has built a strong reputation representing landlords, multifamily owners, developers, and property managers across Texas. He specializes in a wide array of landlord–tenant matters—everything from eviction proceedings and residential leasing disputes to code enforcement, fair housing, and commercial litigation. With extensive courtroom experience in both state and federal courts, Bobby is well-versed in guiding property owners through all stages of civil litigation in Texas.
