PAYMENT DEADLINE
Payments must received and posted no later than October 22, 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, your registration will be canceled.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS & MATERIALS
To obtain the CAM credential, candidates must complete the following:
- IMPORTANT: This program assumes that attendees have experience as a Property Manager with a working knowledge of budgets and financials.
- Students must have worked in the apartment industry for at least 12-months (can be obtained while taking the course).
- You must successfully complete the CAM Designation Program.
- Pass the CAM examination within 6 months of declaring candidacy.
Program Materials:
Materials will be delivered electronically prior to the first day of class. Once a candidate receives their eBook, they will have the opportunity to purchase a physical copy of the book if preferred.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Staci Hasman, CAM, CAPS, CAMT, Business Development Manager, Impact Property Solutions
Staci has been in the multifamily industry for over 16 years and is currently a Business Development Manager for Impact Property Solutions. In 2022, Staci graduated from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum Class, and in 2021, she graduated from the NAA Diversity Leadership Program. Staci was the recipient of the coveted NAA CAM of the Year award in 2020 and the AAGD Property Manager of the Year and Property of the Year awards in 2019.
Staci volunteers with the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas as the Co-Chair of the Membership Committee, and is a member of the Education Committee, Legislative Committee, and NextGen Committee. She also served as the AAGD NextGen Past Chair where she encouraged members to learn about the association, make connections, and grow their network.
Bradley Roschyk, CAM, CAPS, NAAEI Faculty, Training Director, Berkshire Residential Investments
Bradley is currently a Training Director with Berkshire Communities in Dallas, Texas. With a passion for training and education, he has held numerous training positions throughout his career. At the age of 18, Bradley began his career as a Training Lead at Six Flags. He continued his education and training efforts at numerous other companies until he started in the Multifamily industry 19 years ago, beginning with leasing and working his way through management, until he reached his current position as training director. Bradley holds designations from NAAEI for CAM and CAPS and is currently a faculty member of NAAEI. He is a very involved person and has served as a member of the Education Committee for the past eleven years at AAGD where he has instructed numerous education, personal development, and NAAEI Certification courses for the Association.

You must be logged into your individual account to unlock Member or Apartment Academy rates and the invoice payment option. Non-members will receive the non-member rate and be required to submit immediate payment with a credit card.
Confirmation e-mails will be sent when registration is completed, but are not guaranteed to be sent due to incorrect emails, security filters, etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be received in writing and approved by the AAGD Education Department no later than October 22, 2025. Important: keep your cancellation approval e-mail for your records. If a cancellation is not received by the deadline but before the start of the program, you are responsible for a one-time, non-refundable $150 fee for restocking. No shows will be billed without exception. Student substitutions will be accepted until 72 hours before the class begins.
