PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

We are Multifamily Operators, Suppliers, and Volunteers—but we're also parents, partners, friends, siblings, and human beings with full, complex lives. Every part of who we are—personally and professionally—impacts our overall health and well-being.

For years, I heard the phrase work/life balance and thought, “That doesn’t fit.” Because work isn’t separate from life—it’s part of it. What I needed was integration. I needed to align the parts of my life in a way that supported my wellness—physically, emotionally, mentally, and beyond.

This session is not a lecture. It’s an honest, stripped-down conversation about my personal wellness journey—the good, the messy, and the truly transformative. I’m not a doctor (though my team swears I use my psychology degree on them daily—ha!), but I’ve lived through the process of trial, error, and real change. Over the past five years, I’ve become healthier—at 49—than I was in my 30s, and maybe even my 20s.

My goal is not to give you all the answers. It’s to spark the right questions—the ones that help you define your version of wellness and create a life that feels sustainable, joyful, and aligned.

We’ll explore:

  • Hormones: Do you really understand how they affect your energy, mood, and body—and what YOUR “normal” looks like?

  • Nutrition: What’s your relationship with food? Are you fueling your body or just feeding habits?

  • Physical Wellness: Are you building a strong, resilient body for the life you want to live?

  • Mental & Emotional Energy: Have you taken stock of where your energy goes, and is it serving you?

This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with you. Let’s talk wellness—the real kind.
