Bradley Roschyk

Sr. Training Director, Berkshire Residential Investments

Bradley is currently a Training Director with Berkshire Communities in Dallas, Texas. With a passion for training and education, he has held numerous training positions throughout his career. At the age of 18, Bradley began his career as a Training Lead at Six Flags. He continued his education and training efforts at numerous other companies until he started in the Multifamily industry 19 years ago, beginning with leasing and working his way through management, until he reached his current position as training director. Bradley holds designations from NAAEI for CAM and CAPS and is currently a faculty member of NAAEI. He is a very involved person and has served as a member of the Education Committee for the past eleven years at AAGD where he has instructed numerous education, personal development, and NAAEI Certification courses for the Association.

Char McCurdy

President, Summit Property Management

Char B. McCurdy, CAPS is a highly respected multifamily executive with over 25 years of proven expertise in the real estate industry. Currently serving as President of Summit Property Management, Char has built an impressive career marked by her ability to create and maintain value across extensive property portfolios nationwide. Her core competencies include asset management, operational leadership, financial oversight, strategic partnerships, and business development. Char’s commitment to advancing the multifamily industry is evident in her extensive involvement with prominent professional organizations. She has held significant positions, such as President of the Fort Worth Apartment Association, President of Apartment Association of Greater Dallas (AAGD) and NAA RVP. Her leadership roles have included serving on the National Apartment Association (NAA) Board of Directors, participating in the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) Board, and chairing numerous committees focused on education, legislation, and career development. Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Char has received numerous industry honors including: AATC Property Supervisor of the Year (2012); TAA Rita Kirby RM of the Year (2013); NAA Paragon Professional Designer of the Year (2005), AAGD Legend of Education (2012) and AAGD Executive of the Year (2020). Beyond her professional achievements, Char is dedicated to giving back to the community through her active involvement in church and school activities and groups such as Apartment Women of the Word. Her passion for mentorship and education, paired with her strategic vision and dedication to excellence, solidifies her reputation as a leader who continues to make a significant impact in the multifamily industry.

Ian Mattingly, CPM®

President, LUMA Residential

Ian Mattingly is the president/CEO of LUMA Residential, a private multifamily investment and property management firm based in Dallas. He also serves on the board for Bob.ai, an AI-enabled ERP for assisted renters and the housing providers and non-profits who serve them. Ian is a partner/advisor with Alloy Investments, an early-stage prop-tech focused VC firm, and is frequently tapped to advise early and seed-stage prop-tech startups. He was named one of 2021’s Best Bosses by Globe Street, a national real estate publication. Ian frequently speaks and writes about technology and leadership in the real estate industry across the country.

Nicolle Block, CAMT, CAPS

VP of Operations, RPM

Nicolle Block is a Vice President of Operations for RPM in DFW. She is a recognized executive with 25 years of multifamily experience. She has served, taught and advocated for our industry at the local, state, and national level since 2008. She is a Past President of The Fort Worth Apartment Association and is the current president of their Education Foundation. She holds her CAPS, CAMT and EPA certifications and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington, earning her bachelors degree in Psychology and Criminology. She is a culture focused leader that is passionate about the growth and development of all multifamily members.

Kevin Karschnik

Kristi Fickert

Kristi has 26 years of multifamily experience, including 15 years in a senior marketing role before working in the technology sector of the industry. A respected thought leader, she acts as a catalyst, connecting industry professionals with tools and strategies that create more efficient operations. She’s been a featured speaker for numerous apartment associations and has presented for AIM, IREM and NAA. Kristi is an ambassador for NAA’s 20 in their Twenties group and sits on NAA’s MarComm Committee. She has been a speaker for the Cincinnati Reds, Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Women. Kristi has been featured on ten podcasts, is Co-Host of the LinkedIn ChatAPT talk show, has been published in UNITS magazine, launched the popular micro-video course ‘The Lens’ and is a former City Councilwoman.

Rebecca Rosario

Rebecca Rosario, NALP, CAM, NAAEI is a visionary with over 25 years property management experience. Her tried and true on-site experience, coupled with her corporate advertising and marketing success makes Rebecca an ideal consultant and training expert. She is President of Full House Marketing, Inc. NC, co-founder of PMManuals.com, founder of The Diversity Connection, and an ApartMentor. Rebecca is active in her local, state, and national apartment association(s), serving on multiple committees and boards. A repeat NAA conference speaker, she is known for her innovation, relevant subjects, along with her passion for education and talent development.

Tracy Cherry

Director of Marketing, NE Property Management

Tracy Cherry serves as the Marketing Director at NE Property Management, where she oversees property marketing efforts and ensures brand cohesion. With a wealth of experience in Property Management, Tracy has held diverse marketing roles, demonstrating proficiency in management, strategic planning, budgeting, social media management, resident retention, outreach marketing, in-house training, community engagement, leasing protocols, and vendor relationship management. She actively contributes to industry education, having led educational sessions at esteemed platforms such as the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, Texas Apartment Association, Apartment Association of Tarrant County, and provided tailored instruction for independent management firms. Tracy is deeply committed to elevating standards and fostering growth within the property management industry.

Jonathan Sanchez

Property Manager, Luma Residential

Jon currently serves as a property manager with Luma Residential. Dedicated to excellence, he acts as a peer-to-peer trainer and collaborates closely with colleagues needing guidance. Jon’s commitment to advancing the industry is evident through his active participation in the AAGD Education Committee, where he helps plan and execute educational initiatives. He also leads efforts in welcoming new members as part of the AAGD Membership Committee. Passionate about teaching & training, Jon graduated from the AAGD Leadership Lyceum Program in 2023 and the NAA Leadership Lyceum Program in 2024 through the Emerging Leaders Fellowship. He is a member of the inaugural TAAEF Lead The Next class of 2024, dedicated to helping new individuals in the multifamily industry reach their full potential. Jon takes pride in volunteer leadership opportunities and aims to help others achieve their greatest potential. He holds NAAEI CAM and CAMT designations, as well as a Texas Real Estate License.
